Things I like at my place of employment:

Partially subsidized cafeteria - Things are pretty cheap for breakfast/lunch. Most lunches are $5-7, and a lot of the time, are pretty good to eat.

What we call "Happy Hour", 4x a year - Company pays for beer, wine, and light fare food. After work, the whole building can relax and drink.

Make us jealous.

My current job has zero perks.

My last job was at an alcohol trade magazine. We got invites to basically every alcohol-sponsored or -related event in New York City, including the Victoria's Secret Christmas Party, VIP Access to First Fridays at the Guggenheim, and invites to Sammy Hagar's Cabo Uno launch party at Dos Caminos.

-Subsidized cafeteria... everything is 50% off
-work from "home" anytime I want (allows a lot of personal travel)
-drink free Coke products all day any day I'm in the office
-we close at 2 any day before a holiday. This means all the Fridays before Monday holidays we get off early, which is convenient for traveling
-extremely flexible hours

- Free Lunch and Dinner. Free Soda. Free Coffee. We have 3 in house chefs.
- 8 hour work days because we get free food and eat at our desk, so we don't have a "lunch hour"
- There is no such thing as NSFW at my job
- Huge Halloween party every year, everyone gets to pull a random envelope of money out of a bag. Tons of giveaways like laptops, computers, HD TV's.
- Totally flexible work hours. I work 7-3/4. My boss works 10-6.
- We run an adult webmasters convention every year. During this time porn stars roam in and out of our office building.

Mine neither. Well, I guess we have a water cooler that dispenses free water, and a fridge where we can keep our bag lunches from spoiling but I suspect this is the norm at many places.

I also used to be able to show up whenever I felt like it as long as it was before noon, which was nice, but as the population in my department has dwindled, I've been asked to keep a more set schedule.

I have an alternate work pattern where I work 4 ten hour days in stead of 5 eight our days. Some people may not like it, but I love having a random weekday off every week. Also we are not overtime exempt.

Have my own office. Actually work about three hours a day. Rest of the time is crusing around the internet/ playing poker in my office.

I work in a very high-turnover industry, so my company has a decent amount of perks to try to keep us happy.

--Summer Fridays. We get to leave at 1:00pm on Fridays, if all of our work is done.

--A relaxed work atmosphere. Dress code is casual and drinking in the office is normal (on non-summer Fridays). People often cruise by my cube on an electric scooter. Several 2p2ers were surprised when I posted about getting revenge on a coworker a few months back. I completely filled her cube with balloons. Upper management thought it was hilarious.

--The company throws many parties for us, including huge parties for Christmas and Halloween. We have another huge party in the middle of the summer (just because), and smaller parties are thrown after successful new business pitches.

--Tax free transportation program.

--Free dinner when we work passed 7 o'clock. Free car service home when we work after 8 o'clock.

I'm jealous. I was kinda happy we still have 20oz sodas for $1 in our vending machine. You make me sad.

My company pays for 100% of my healthcare premium. And it's good healthcare too. I had an MRI last year that cost me $40 out of pocket.

We have a candy machine (like those old-school gum-ball machines) that dispenses ~10 peanut m&m's for $0.25.

sometimes we can get get free x-rays,minor boodwork, nad physcial exams for our pets, off the books. On the books we get a 40% employee discount.

This is probably standard for big corporations, but I forgot to mention I get a discount on ridiculous amounts of stuff. 30% off my cell bill, discounts to most major attractions in Atlanta, discounts on cars, clothing, tons of retailers offer a discount to employees at my company. It's nice. Also frequent box seats to Braves, Falcons, and other pro sports games in the area.

My company matches 50% of your 401k contribution after being there for one calandar year! I was lucky enough to start in feburary so it will essentially take 22 months for 50% match of 12 months of contribution...
