Post an ad on craigslist saying you have a treadmill: it's three years old, used regularly and is a quality machine.

Teach other people the same lesson you learned!

Just break back into her house and leave the treadmill there...you get more exercise plus she will get the message that any further treadmill related craiglist shenaningans are not to be tolerated.

Did the women even have the treadmill advertised? OP said he posted a question on a message board and she responded. Does op town not have Craigslist where you can search for sales?

Seems like she got very lucky if she knew it was broke.
