I consider hanging out in OOT part of my obligation as the parent of a teenage daughter.
As the father of a 10-month old daughter, I am quite diligent on my note taking as I read OOT.

I just wonder how I can put a parental block on whatever websites she surfs with her holographic brain implant when she's a teenager.

And happy belated birthday by an hour.

Congrats and good to hear life is so good. BTW, I'm having pre-wedding jitters, any advice?

Just recognize that it's normal. It's a major life decision. Just remember that you love her and want to spend your life with her. Love grows with time. After 16 years, I could make a strong case that my wife and I are more happy today. I'm sure everything will be fine.

She (and her mother and possibly your mother) will get much more stressed about the whole 'event' than you will. My strategy was to be agreeable on most of the planning stuff (flowers, food, photographer, etc) and just make sure that nothing major was missed.

Weddings are such a pain. If we had to do it again, my wife and I would have a small ceremony for family and then elope to Europe (or somewhere exotic).
