Too lazy to grab my laptop so I'll keep it brief. On the 28th of September I was looking to purchase some bumper plates on Amazon but since I couldn't find them I looked on Walmart and somehow they were available there. I place my order and I noticed that I could get quicker shipping by signing up for their fastship or whatever it's called so I then cancel my order and grab the free trial and place my order again. My order is shipped out the very next day and it arrives on the 31st with no problem. Later that day I receive an email from Walmart informing me that a second package has been shipped out with the exact same contents, the package I cancelled within 5 minutes of ordering. They had over two days to cancel a package and somehow it wasn't enough time. Anyways I call support and ask them to intercept the package, after some back-and-forth I'm accidentally forward to FedEx and have to start the process all over again; eventually they confirm they have requested the package be intercepted. Well, a few days later I arrived home from work and there's a package waiting for me from Walmart. I call support explain the situation and a few minutes later I receive a prepaid label from FedEx. I ship out the package and a few days later tracking code confirms they have received the package so great, it's over... but no wait there's more! Today I received an email from Walmart reminding me to return the package. unreal.
