Seems like good reasoning to me, if one were illiterate.

Well they can't exactly call it a "Big Mick".

That would be silly.

Yeah, I don't think "mick" describes the pronunciation well. It's Mc!

El Diablo,

I'm pretty sure that's some McD's secret menu wizardry with an egg on a big mac. (Possibly served on muffin instead of bun.) If it isn't, it should be.

If I would be convinced about the mcdonalds breakfast I probably would, I never had one though. I do call it a mac flurry though.

I hate that I do this but I did it again today. It pisses me off and I can't figure out why exactly I don't just walk or stop being pissed off.
That reminds me, I've been meaning to put in: when I'm crossing (as a pedestrian) as multi-lane street and the car who's going to turn right in front of me sits there blocking up traffic when I'm still not even halfway across.

Plenty of time, you'll miss me. Go.

Also, that when I start iTunes and put music on shuffle, the UI doesn't scroll to the first song played in the library. Every other one gets displayed.

On another front, one of my friends from a long time ago used to refer to McDonald's as "McBurgers", which I like. Gives it the a feeling of how generic their stuff is.

When I'm on a phone call, get pull on hold, they play their song, and as the song starts to wind down I think for a split-second "great, the song is almost over, they're about to pick up!" Then the next song starts and I remember I'm on hold, not listening to the radio.

my phone battery icon turns from green to yellow at 20% but doesn't give a push notification warning of low battery until 15%.

I always make eye contact with the driver in this situation and do the "continue" sign with my finger, if the dumbass doesn't get the hint I go with a more exaggerated wave

Heh. My Turkey Hill has chicken, beef, and pork half off from Kroger all the time plus fresh produce. That's 90% of my grocery shopping. I try not to go when they're busy, but I know it pisses people off even if I only spend 30-40 dollars at a time.

It kind of helps(not really) when the walker acknowledges the driver and then semi hurries across the street.

It's the *******s that know you're wanting to turn and walk like they don't care how long it takes that should be mowed down.

My biggest complaint about people waiting at a cross walk is when they're standing right on the curb. This mainly happens in downtown areas. They usually have 4-5ft of sidewalk but the pricks think it helps if they stand with their toes hanging over the curb. Is it bad that I can't wait(hope) to see a delivery truck run over those *******s?
Maybe the driver should acknowledge the walker instead.

Why should a walker semi hurry across the street for a driver? Is driver some exalted position? The driver's time is more important? People don't semi hurry for other walkers and bikers.

People reflect the behavior they would want a walker to display when they're the ones crossing the street.

95 of 100 cars are taking that left...and they are all in line.

oncoming traffic is empty at this time of day.

what happens is, 'everyone' making that left basically rides the double-yellow line, allowing people going straight or right room to get by....

...until someone too stupid to realize whats going on EVERY ****ING DAY on their commute sits in the middle of the lane, waiting for the turnout, to move over to the left....blocking regular traffic for people just trying to get to the ****ing weed store.

Jesus ****ing Christ. Is it really that hard to comprehend? Does anyone use their god damn brain any more to think?

When the crosser acknowledges the driver they make eye contact. It's 1000000000000000000x easier if the crosser does this considering the driver is in a car. For the driver to acknowledge the crosser then he/she would prob have to honk the horn which is stupid.

The walker has the right of way. Common sense and courtesy means they shouldn't delay anyone for any longer than necessary. It's called being a human being instead of an entitled dick wad. More people should try it some time.

I personally think the driver should have the right of way considering they're driving the 2 ton death mobile. I bet if the laws were changed the crossers/bike riders wouldn't be such arrogant pricks most of the time.

Because drivers aren't known to act like entitled dick wads and arrogant pricks. You think crossers/bikers are arrogant pricks most of the time? Lol I don't even.

Yes I do. I deal with them every day. People jaywalk all the time and I'd guess maybe 25% of the bike riders obey the traffic laws.

I'm just glad the city I live in has a law where a driver isn't charged if they hit a person not using a crosswalk while crossing the street. Obviously they can get charged if they're breaking a law which leads to the idiot getting ran over.
