I do my best to avoid these stores and vote with my dollars but it keeps getting harder.
They cut out plastic bags in Ireland a few years ago. Having a bag such as the above is better than using your hands to carry items. Also, you wont need to take a basket when using one, just load the bag as you walk around the store.
Plus if you "double bag" the above, then you can take off the empty one at checkout and load it right away if you want to save a further 20 seconds after putting your items through the scanner at self checkout
