This ****ing hotel, with its menthol / eucalyptus shampoo. Maybe I don't want my head to tingle first thing in the morning while breathing those fumes.

Also, the fact that I don't know the difference between menthol and eucalyptus because they're always together.

Listening to music on shuffle. Some track from a live album comes on. At the end of the song, some introductory banter for the next song is played (instead of the CD being edited so that the intro and music are parts of the same track).

I imagine the two tracks were taken from different shows. IDK if that kind of editing is even possible (or was, back in the days of CD recordings), but it seems like inattention to detail.

For me it was the Miyako Hotel in Osaka. They had those Japanese toilet seats that are very popular now.
