For the same reason that Cadillac, Buick, and Chevrolet all exist under the GM umbrella. Different focus for different markets. It seems like ATK is more technical and global, while Cook's Country is more simple and domestic.
When driving and pulling up to a 4 way stop and its very obvious that the other person got to the stop before you and they just sit there waiting for you to go... Not sure why but that always gets me mad lol, or they start flashing their lights at you like you're the idiot for using basic driving rules when their clearly in the wrong.

i'm perfectly fine with the word clearly in jimmy cliff's epic song but it pisses me off when people use the word clearly within their sentence thinking the word, solely, proves the point.

It's not "Did you find everything?" It's "Did you find everything OK?" to which the only reply can be, "Someone made a doo-doo the size of Mt. Vesuvius in the men's room, but aside from that I really can't complain."
"When my buddy moved to town and I picked him up to drive to a friend's party near Pasadena - I told him we're gonna take the 405 to the 105 to the 110 to the 5 to the 2 to the 134 to the 210. He just looked at me speechless. :
I grew up in LA in th 1970's and that makes perfect sense to me. Wouldn't have ****ed with the 105/110, though.

The 105 didn't exist (as a freeway) in the 70s. And the 110 didn't have an express lane.
