Here's the quick rundown:

Millennial - your slightly younger co-worker who shares the same disdain you have for Gen-Z'ers

Generation Z - Always had a WiFi connection since birth, goes into full blown anxiety whenever they have to communicate face to face, makes memes that you don't understand, knows there's no future for the world so they joke about wanting to die daily

For example, after taking your order a waiter will often say “awesome”.
