Well, the good news is there is no scientific reason to take fish oil so unless you're taking them for the taste you're off the hook!

^^debatable. I won't insist on me being right since I didn't really dig this topic.

The idea of taking it at all comes from a blog of pretty fit dude who on top made the impression that he knows what he is talking about and does not just try to push readers to buy something. His statement is basically that balance of omega3 and omega6 is important for lypolysis. I decided that I can buy one package (a month worth) of fish oil and see if I notice any positive difference. If not , it is nothing wild since 4 euros for such experiments is pretty affordable for me.

When I can't access my work cluster remote. It shouldn't piss me off because then I get paid for surfing the internet, posting here and picking my nose. But it does. I was 6: 30 here because I am itching to do something that is at least kinda sorta useful. I don't want to surfe the internet right now. I want to see what my burner simulation is doing. It is super highly annoying that I can't.

lapka,
Fish oil works best if you use it in your essential oil diffuser.

Feel for you regarding the capsule taking issue Lapka. I have one particular tablet size, just a little smaller than a normal tablet that I refuse to take now due to consistently choking on it.

Not to encourage a derail, but I am pretty pro fish oil for certain mental health issues, particularly depression. Obviously eating more fish would help but some people hate fish.

Am now on my phone only tomorrow access to geometry and pics. So for now just verbal description:

Three inlets: one with basically air ( o2+n2) another hydrogen ( h2) and third the mix consisting for now from methane ( ch4). Geometry is basically y junction with two legs of y - inlets and a third one outlet. One of the inlet-legs is separated in two parts by an inner pipe of smaller diameter. That is h2 inlet. The outside of this pipe is air inlet.

The question is how the flame is gonna behave itself.

First thing I am trying is just to get good flow with whole system cold. Next step will be to ignite the flame without an explosion.
Simulation is done with openFOAM. I have just started Friday and first try was not cool. Instead of getting pretty standard pipe flow I get recirculation at some point.

Was so totally itching to go through the setup today to see why. And such cold shower!

Obviously, I am not a doctor, but I was only speaking of fish oil being unproven against cholesterol based on a TED talk or something I heard. I can't speak to its effectiveness for lipolysis (if that's even a real thing), depression or diffusion. I just hated fish burps and found an excuse to not take them.

When I'm following a nice little drama filled 2+2 thread, don't read it for 24-48 hours, come back to it, and there's 40+ pages that I don't feel like reading through to see what's developed.

Hipsters that use words like parasol.

Normal people don't use that word in the 21st century.

Cidadas.

Also, that my reaction to a cicada flying past me is less manly than my reaction to a fit man coming at me with a large knife.

I flailed and squealed. Then I flailed some more because one of my hairs on my head touched me on the cheek due to my flailing. More squealing commenced.

I can totally walk into a spider web without TOTALLY losing my **** after years of practice. I only flail around a the tiniest little bit now when I walk into a web and nearly always don't scream like I'm being murdered. But cicadas...

Yeah yeah yeah ..... trolling the poor east European old woman who has not even an idea what an oil diffuser might be. You should feel lucky that I am not in the mood to double down ( or up ?) on you and decided just to ignore it.

Wait, what? You’re doing burner simulations and don’t know what an oil diffuser is?

Ooooo woe me. Now HT is suggesting that I should use fish oil instead of H2 in my burner simulation. Woe woe woe. Me sooo confused. Plant burner running on fish oil. That is definitely something new.
