RBK's been rear ended by an obvioualy drunk driver and didn't call the police. He isnt calling the cops over a few hundred $.
RBK doesnt care about the safety/life of others, he isnt gonna risk calling the police with this guy knowing where he lives and put himself in danger.

My guess is that it was such a good deal for you.... That you assumed the risk. I'd even venture a guess thst you defrauded the guy and are looking for sympathy because you have a history of looking for sympathy when in the wrong, even if you dont outright admit it
