There was some booklet on this **** but i'd never read it and somehow after being there two months people kinda forgot i'd only done register and had no idea wtf was in anything more complicated than a hard taco. This is probably because our managers smoked pot for most of their shifts. Which is how I ended up doing everything while one "went out to his car to get something" for 20 minutes.
