Is anyone having trouble with chat not working on WWF?

I wanted to say ggs to Nerfherder who has beaten me 3 / 4 I think, I may be getting frustrated

Hmm, it's working for me ATM, but the app is flaky as hell, sometimes it gives me the stupid "Oops!" message 10x before the chat works.

And thanks, btw. All close games, enjoy the variance...

Also has anyone played with Viffer? I played him a couple of times and got my ass handed to me. I have never been a sore loser, but come on man. I read his Well thread. There's no way in hell his vocab is that awesome.

Scramble definitely skews towards action boards (they aren't "random") but I haven't had repeats as far as I can tell.

I had a round 3 board against this player named Katie Rebo where we both scored over 2000. She beat me

Put up 531 and 506 in overlapping WWF games, though one was against my friend who had never played before and one was against a semi-competent friend who I ran like god against. Still feels excellent nonetheless.

Wipe some oil from your face on to your fingers before a session for maximum finger speed.

what's the exact deal with the freeze powerup, anyone know? someitmes it seems to last 6-7 seconds, and sometimes it lasts what feels like 25 seconds. is it just random?

And god damn I cant beat darkmemoria in scramble... Had a weak 20 pt lead going into 3rd And put up 1100 3rd and and lose by 200 still... I even lost by 5 pts I him once I believe or at 1 of you 2p2 ER that ate beating me

2nd power is inspiration, you can use it 3 times to show a word

I started wwf yesterday - in my first game with a friend he has played tophi, sycee, kiaugh, and he started the game with biog. he has to be cheating, right?

yes, imo. especially starting with biog. to give up IG like that is pretty stupid so there's no way he knows all those words but has no scrabble/wwf strategy.

two options: call him out or kill him.

I thought I read somewhere its supposed to last 20 seconds, but I know what you mean... sometimes its really really short, and other times it seems to last forever. I thought it might have just been a mental thing because of the panic factor when the time reaches 0, but I'm glad someone else has noticed that its significantly shorter sometimes.

Wow I might have the opportunity to playing scramble for money. High stakes/nose bleed mixed game girl at my casino apparently thinks she's the best at it and was challenging people at her table last night. Not sure how I can set this up so it's plus ev but I prob need to do recon on exactly how good she is first.

Would be awesome if you could choose your power ups mid game instead of pre game. Some boards are so juicy using freeze is better but others inspiration is probably the better choice.

I dont see an advantage to changing the setup of the board. Of course I lose to everyone I play so...if anyone wants to beat up on somebody, Edbratz66

I got a round 3 board yesterday that I only got ~350 points on because the triple (which was a D) was in the upper right corner surrounded by C, N, D. There was also a TWS on an F surrounded by P,S,W. That was a board I wish I had scramble for.
