I just saw the video you posted.

I have "the stick" and a foam roller at my house.

A softball and lacrosse ball easily replace "the stick" but with "the stick" you dont have to be on the ground. They all basically do the same thing but "the stick" is pretty much a more concentrated foam roller. I got mine for like 20$ at a running store.

Edit...upon further review, i have the "travel stick". It works great. I might have paid 30, I'm not sure it's been awhile.
