Not to interrupt the AA discussion, but where are you guys watching Owning Mahowny? Don't see it on any streaming sites and not even for sale on DVD at Amazon.

Its on Wednesday on Indie Plex if you get that channel.
It shows on my guide but says I need to subscribe to watch the channel so its probably in one of the movie packages.

Goodjobbyyou 27!

God damn Playa is an annoying windbag.

And I don’t approve of the ad hominem stuff as a rule. But sometimes a monkey-sucking know it all preachy ******* just needs to be called one.

Do you prefer the 2000 second growth Madd Dog 20/20 or 2001 1st growth Thunderbird?

MrAdvantage what thread would suck enough to warrant a 35 point killa-infarction?

Man it sucks when low life drug addicts OD and leave small kids behind. Didn't they find lots of heroin in his room? I don't give a flying f*** about his "body of work", so what, it means nothing. Its no different to any other addict dying, only he was rich.

I was being ironic obviously, that guy is a moron. How about we list PSH best movies?

I've watched Owning Mahowny, a movie every gambler should watch imo, you can feel his pleasure when he is losing, it's scary when you think about it.

Last week end I watched The Savages with the gf, she thought it was an amazing movie. I agreed some scenes were beautiful but it didn't have the action fix I need when I watch a movie.

I have The Master lined up, websites say it's his last great performance, so pumped about it.

Great actor. I think he was much better as a character actor than the main guy.

It was mentioned earlier, but Love Liza has always been a sleeper favorite of mine. It was written by PSH's brother and follows a very somber, dark narrative. Great for a late-night meditation or quiet early-morning contemplation.

Holy crap I completely forgot about that RC themed piece by his brother. Ran across that on indieplex a few years ago and never miss a chance to Hoff so watched it.

So playahata hasn't posted since his flameout here, but I haven't banned him for coming back to the PSH thread after being told not to. That would put him well over 100 points and invoke perma. Thoughts?

As most suspect, I would default to kindness, although if he returned, I would think even he would see that he deserves what he gets.

Yeah lets list all his great movies. Coz that will balance out the pain this selfish junkie has caused for those that loved him. Those kids now have to grow up with this pain but lets list all those great things he did. He failed miserably at life but was awesome at pretending to be someone else.

I would cut him some slack. It is obviously a topic (AA) that he feels passionately about. If he did become sober you can't blame the guy for being a little over zealous when the topic comes up.

Except he wasn't just tarding up this thread. He went on a rampage all over, basically daring them to ban him.

He was warned and not only ignored the warning, he went out of his way to be a dick. What's the purpose of giving a warning if you're not going to follow up?

Sweep the leg.
