i have to wake up like three times a night to pee in the bathroom. it is messing up my sleep. any suggestions on stuff i can do to prevent this? note that just not drinking for a couple hours before sleeping is 1) not an option 2) doesn't even help me.

Did you ever have one of those dreams where you have to take this monumental piss and you just make it to whatever you were pissing in and then you just open the floodgates and this warn euphoria washes over you, but then you wake up and realize the warm euphoria was actually your warm piss that you're now laying in?

How do you "dehydrate" while sleeping? Maybe moving your bed out of the sauna will help.

ETA - i don't drink a particularly large amount before going to bed. as i said above, even if i didn't drink anything for a couple hours before bed i would go to the bathroom.

a few weeks ago i slept through the entire night with no bathroom trip and i realized how great it felt in the morning and that it was the first time since i could remember doing it. i guess for you guys it is normal to sleep the entire night with no bathroom trip?
