this thread makes me want some cider tho. too bad its 220 calories for 12oz and i'm turning into a fat ****

maybe I can just follow it up with some of this ACV stuff, I hear it promotes weight loss

don't know anything about the ops claims but I made some great apple vinegar from apple peels, no cyanide issues there

Also helps with gall blade attacks and kidney stones. My father has both of these and drinks it. It helps him
My experience is it clears up heartburn and acid reflux.

seen the bragg's apple cider vinegar around as long as i can remember. wiki on the dude is a bit odd/scammer-ish tho.

Oh a little cyanide ain't gonna kill you. But I did have a guy save a bunch of apple seeds, grind them up and injest them, and it killed him, but it was on purpose. I thought you had to have way more than a couple cups but apparently not.

Three main things give you a cherry apple red color when you die, carbon monoxide, hypothermia, and cyanide.
