Just had one of these as I recreated a recipe popular at the Navy PX snack bar back in the 70's. The chili cheese burrito they called it.

Start with a bed of fritos chips. Then put one of the chimichanga (deep fried) on the chips, cover with chili and smother with shredded cheddar cheese. Very tasty

just the other day i was dreaming about the frito pies i used to get at high school sporting event concession stands.

split the bag, add chili, nacho cheese, onion and jalapeno. similar to this but with nacho cheese

I thought with the walking taco they would cut the bag across the top so you can hold it at the bottom to walk and eat. The cut in redeye's pic would seem to make it more difficult to eat on the move.
