Umm....that's not cheating. If you look at my weight loss history , I've had weeks where I gained two lbs and the next week lost 3 or 4. I cut calories big time in the last week to drop those lbs. It wasn't water weight either, I'll be steadily losing like that throughout December.
You gonna think it's cheating when I cut calories and lose 5lbs a week this month opposed to just the last week?

Perfectly believable he gained 10 lbs on the scale in a month, particularly right after the thanksgiving holiday.
Three weeks ago I gained 12lbs while on vacation. Lost 10lbs back home the week of Thanksgiving. During a normal week my weight fluctuates around 6lbs depending on when I weigh myself.

No, because you won't.

My weight loss for Nov.

I didn't cheat and try to dehydrate myself or anything like that. My weight loss was the normal cycle; I always lose most of the weight in the last two weeks of the month.

Round,

Much like has happened with me a couple months, when you really push yourself the last week of the month to drop an extra pound or two, it sets up the next month(or at least the start of it) to be more difficult because you often give back a couple/few pounds immediately after the starve.

So when you say stuff like after you loose 5+ pounds in ONE WEEK that you are then going to loose 5 pounds each week for the next 4 weeks after that, it makes you sound kind of dumb.

Not if I starve myself for the next 4weeks.

If you didn't have a kid, I'd bankrupt you by laying you great odds on everything you own that you don't lose 20 pounds by the 29th of this month.

You should be living a healthy lifestyle, not starving yourself. Starvation doesn't keep the pounds off, but then you might have to actually set up some sort of exercise regiment and not drink a 2liter of diet coke every day and have the discipline of an adult. Tough for you, we know.

Maybe not 20, but im going to see how far I can push myself this month. I want to at least be 230 so bad.
12-01-2016 , 03:58 PM
26 pounds in 5 weeks with no exercise, LOCK IT UP.
12-01-2016 , 03:59 PM
Starving yourself and weighing yourself every day instead of getting off your ass and moving, ****ing sad.

How far you can push yourself should involve lots of exercise also, not starvation. You're making unhealthy choices and sticking your fingers in your ears and shouting LALALA to literally everyone else who is telling you that you're being ridiculous. Again.

M,

You are following the exact playbook to put all your weight back on in the near future.
12-01-2016 , 04:11 PM
Hogtied,

Are your coworkers not twisting your arm and shoving food down your throat anymore?

Is diet 7up ok? Asking for an adult friend. Def not me

Anyone want to guess what happened the instant I stopped doing like an 800 calorie keto diet for the end of my prop bet?

No one is denying you've lost weight, or that doing so is commendable. But stop pretending like every bit of weight lost was pure fat and there's no chance it ever comes back. When you cut severely, the instant you stop cutting and even eat at maintenance, you gain back water weight.

There is absolute reams of good, science based nutrtion/diet information in H&F. Or just skim read YTF's old thread and see how much weird fatlogic and self-delusional stuff he believed (probably still does, come to think of it) and how hard posters had to fight to get him to understand even the basics.

Every time he had a binge he'd "gain" 19 pounds then be amazed when he lost it all again in like 2 weeks. EVERY. DAMN. TIME.

This leads me to believe you don't understand what water weight is.

Sure, as long as you're drinking water regularly instead of substituting diet drink for water consumption because it is made of water.

I come back to find everybody going after me, lol. Yeah, chop, I'm contrarian for being contrarian. Maybe, I've just found it easier to go about life by being kind.

But everybody in the thread is just being helpful! Some are, and many, many aren't. This is the same mean spirited garbage that OOT is known for. Every time anyone has the temerity to go against the crowd and the hive mind goes wild. There simply can't be another opinion allowed in OOT, ever! Tyler is bad, because he won't be mean, oh no. I'm in this bet to win and to show support for my side, if you don't like, that's tough.

(and that critique of my having young relatives and friends who like ICP, that's just weird. I'm only embarrassed by the people I know who voted for the Orange One.)
12-01-2016 , 04:28 PM
Lol
12-01-2016 , 04:29 PM
tyler,

STFU.
12-01-2016 , 04:31 PM
Yeah Tyler, you never supported Babs through his many hateful, racist, homophobic, and sexist outbursts.

Oh wait, you did. Do those not qualify as mean spirited?

Your penchant to be kind is not the issue. It's your double standard in doing so (as well as doing more harm than good in blindly supporting people when they make poor decisions)
12-01-2016 , 04:31 PM
lol, just lol
