No, I am just asking how much one would have to be paid to manage her under the following conditions:

She can not be terminated.
She must be retained indefinitely.
She can not be assigned to a "make work" job where she does nothing but stay out of everybody's way. She must be employed in a meaningful role appropriate for her education, work history, and (presumed) skills.

If I had a child (I'm not going to, partly because I don't want to hurt a child with my mental deviations) and were going to end the journey, I'd make sure to ask them first to explain why they'd want me to stay. That would give me a valuable second opinion. Exposing them to suicidal thoughts would be still less traumatizing than exposing them to actual death.
