Fwiw I don't care what you do. I don't dislike you or anything and certainly wouldn't wish you any suffering. But it's clear that posting causes you some issues or you wouldn't keep asking to be terminated.

Only you can say if 2+2 is a net positive or negative in your life. Act accordingly. You've been around these parts a long time, maybe just take a few months off and see if you miss it?
