given you think you are running up a 45 degree slope, you do in fact seem to be lumped in with your average person.
I'm curious tho how you think trail running gives you some sort of experience on what degree slopes are. Are you going out there with surveying equipment and measuring each slope so you get experience with what their true values are in relation to how they look/feel?
