Could be she's wondering why she hasn't heard from you since the date & just wanted to look at your profile again. But if it was a "meh" date, who cares?

Without a heads-up, I think I'd leave after 15min. Complete lack of respect IMO.
The date was for 7:00. At 7:01 she texted me that she would be a few minutes late and she showed up at 7:15.

thinking of signing up for A-list, someone earlier mentioned that having A-list shows you as "online" all the time, can someone confirm/deny this? Any way to turn it off?

I don't remember ever hearing that and I'm pretty sure it's not true.

Although I have A List and I just noticed the #1 perk (dates photos were uploaded) has been removed. I hope it's just temporary.

I definitely thought I read that at some point itt. You'd probably need a second dummy account or to have someone else check your status when you are not logged on.

This is a good site to use instead of having to switch accounts

Go here and boom. It's called OkCreeper.

if you're still using dating sites, and not using TINDER, you are doing it very, very wrong.

I had a second date last night that probably went better than the first date (last Thursday). The woman is actually a grad of the university I teach at. (She graduated like 10 years ago. She's not super young or anything.) I'm thinking about inviting her to the first football game on Saturday. Lame? I think she might get a kick out of it, but I don't know. I definitely want to try to set something up for this weekend.

Sounds pretty good if she's at least semi into it. Are weekends ok for 2nd dates ? I don't plan the 1st ones in the weekends/friday for obvious reasons but it might actually hurt my chances a bit. Any input ?

Dale: sounds great

Yak: weekends are great for second dates IMO. I also think most people go overboard on the "no weekend first dates" thing.

In what situations, if any, are you guys sending a rejection text post-date?

I don't really get this whole weekend thing is bad for early dates. Sure it probably isn't ideal for a 1st date, but if that is when you both can meet up then so be it.

Intentionally avoiding a weekend date is ridiculous imo.

Only if they contact me to hang out again and I'm not interested. Don't see why you would take it upon yourself to actively reject them.

This.

Also, I avoid the first date on a weekend, but have done a couple when it was all that worked for both of us. In an ideal world, I try to do 1st date on a Tuesday and if it goes well try to setup a 2nd date on that weekend.

Cooking date fell through with bedwetting girl. She's got the MCAT for dentists coming up and a little scatterbrained in general so it's difficult to figure out how to date her. She did suggest Thursday but I already have plans with sex talk girl

Going to try to either study with her and try to transition into a sleepover, or get something set up for Friday night. Maybe both, not sure yet.

My ex-gf offered to look at my profile and tell me what to do differently since I have been having almost no success in getting replies (about 30% of the women I message never even read the message or check my profile). She obviously knows me pretty well. Good or bad idea?

On Match at least it's pretty standard to have a third of messages go unread. That's not necessarily you. If you trust her judgment, then go ahead. Have you pm'ed Jenni about a profile review? She's good. Real good.

Had solid 2nd date with pilates girl, ended up just talking at the bar all might again then making out by her car. She wants to watch a movie horror movie with me so next day should involve more cuddling and potential for sexy time.

yeota,

"She wants to watch a movie horror movie with me"

That's like one tiny half step away from her saying "hey let's ****."
