He makes a good point point in the beginning and his solution is pretty simple too. Wouldn't that solve the whole issue?

Can't wait to see how Chris Rock addresses this on stage!

Didn't watch the video, obv. Is that really what he proposed? I think fats and olds are also underrepresented. We need some > 30bmi > 60yrs best supporting gay black actor/actresses awards.
