Spider, that's how I always interpreted it, but really doesn't change anything since authorial intent is not authoritative. I mean, in the latest season of Game of Thrones (season 4 kinda spoiler)
Spoiler:
the showrunners claim Jaime didn't rape Cersei
08-27-2014 , 12:58 PM
Right, but it did allow me to dig up a 3-year old email conversation with a (pro-death) friend of mine and give him a sick burn.
08-27-2014 , 01:10 PM
I always thought that interpretation was reaching and I'm glad that wasn't his intention.

the show is like 20 years old or whatever, I dont think you need to spoiler it, especially when the context of what you are saying is obvious without reading the spoilers, so if you are going to add spoil tags, do a better job....I mean I know what you are talking about and Ive never even seen the show

It depends, if its nice and quiet we'll probably take a longer stroll and check out different furniture colors or whatever. If its crowded we will probably still do the same but rush through it more. Unless she is super organized and has already picked her stuff then we just go and pick it up. I dont really mind, IKEA ruins your whole day anyway, so be it.

I see a Swedish meatball lunch date! business meeting.

The argument that Tony died always struck me as so stupid and kinda missing the point of everything the show did, and I hope that 20k words feels super bad now.

Not sure the GoT comparison is the same, since that just gets into questions of what was actually portrayed on screen, so we can see how their intent differed from what they ended up doing. With this it was intentionally ambiguous to the point where we just have to take Chase's word for it. All the "he's dead" clues people think they saw are about raising tension, not speaking to a specific outcome.

Hopefully IKEA doesn't have revolving doors.
08-27-2014 , 04:25 PM
They have but they are family sized. I hate meatballs.
08-27-2014 , 05:07 PM
So u are really trying with this girl. Don't tell the gf. Good luck
08-27-2014 , 05:17 PM
Trying to get her to rent my studio, yes. Trying to fhritp, no. I might bring the gf and my little brother to the IKEA as well for some family fun. It really doesn't get worse than that. Since you started about my gf Ill throw in a non veiled brag, my gf graduated cum laude for her psychology bachelor today! Yay for all of us. Both my tenant and my gf will start with exact the same master this year, my gf felt somewhat 'intimidated' after I told her that.
08-27-2014 , 06:19 PM
Wait, you're going to IKEA with your new attractive tenant who you had coffee/wine with, touched in a revolving door and said something weirdly intimate to?

http://www.ikea.com/nl/nl/

She can email you links to things she likes if that's what you're trying to accomplish.
08-27-2014 , 06:21 PM
If you're not interested then be a good bro set let little bro up.
08-27-2014 , 06:43 PM
Microbet, wheres the fun in that !? Nah I gave her that option but she seemed keen to tag along. My brother is an attractive fella and known for being able to pull all kinds of girls so I give him over 50% on succeeding if he's down once he meets her.

You realize it's fiction, right?

Having not seen a television show in years (except for the first season of GoT), I was looking at the Blurays for The Sopranos just the other day. Now it's been spoiled forever...

Hehe, just teasing you a bit!

Is it really common to take future tenants of furnished homes shopping for new furniture and such? Why not just negotiate on the price? Am I wrong in thinking she already answered yes to the studio and is now getting you to give her more stuff pro bono? I mean, you didn't even feel paying for her drink (without asking for cash back) was kosher, ffs!
08-27-2014 , 08:07 PM
I was just teasing above^^^^

On a more serious note, what show would you watch from start to finish if you had the chance to see it for the very first time. I also saw the first season of Breaking Bad in California and of course I liked that.

Because it's an amazing ride until the final season.

And the final season is still fair to okay.
