bags attempt to not be on video was really smart, he comes off like a meth head on camera

fubster proves to be as dumb as we all thought

whoever was trying to record it, pissed the judge off big time

it was every bit the **** show and wild ride we all thought it would be

outcome literally feels like a coin flip, I have no idea which way it could go!

That was highly entertaining. Nima was not really capable of staying on a given point and was prone to rant about how malicious Admo is. I think Admo wins this on the ground that everything on the website is substantially true. Admo did not help himself by laughing during the proceedings, even though the laughter was substantially justified.

yeah judge didnt seem to grasp debt collection, and no one really explained how it was theft. Bags defense of "how can I steal from them if I've never met them!!" was pretty hilarious tho

I think the extortion claim is tricky, and I can see Admo losing it. That's Nima's best claim by far. Nima did a terrible job of laying out the elements of extortion, and I don't recall Admo really rebutting any of them.

I agree that was entertaining. Tough to gauge which way the judge is leaning. I think the fact that Babs admitted to the statements of theft might seal the deal in Admo's favor. The judge made a point of getting Babs to admit that he did in fact make those statements and didn't appear to put much weight on the "but they forced me to do it" defense.
