Is Fubs outside California? If so, Babs has violated federal law, but I have no idea whether or not this is something they’d actually bother prosecuting.

I’ve spoken with a couple of DA friends about this, and his state bookmaking violations would absolutely be prosecuted in CA if reported. With the admissions of guilt already made by Babs and all the evidence available to them, it would be an open and shut case for the Sonoma DA. All the investigation has already been done for them.

He has also implicated and identified a graton employee as an illegal bookmaker. That’s her job gone for starters, followed by charges. But convicting her would be a lot tougher unless she’s an idiot with records/communications, so they’d prob just offer her a sweet deal in exchange for rolling on Babs.

The ”fantasy bookie” situation has been somewhat overlooked since we found out about sterling at the same time.

”fantasy bookie” paid on time every time but Jimmy lied and said she stiffed. Fubster had a PI to track her down and was about to contact her job. Jimmy tried to use the fact she’s a single mother to stop Fubster from contacting her job. She is partially responsible but Jimmy’s lies put the career of a single mother in jeopardy. This is truly despicable.

You can start by coming clean about exactly happened, what you did, and when, leaving nothing out.

My only interests at this time are making full restitution and clearing my name and moving forward. Nobody else ever did anything wrong except me I'm the only one responsible for any wrong doing and I would just want to make up for it and move forward and learn from this experience.
