Not me. And the hot dog bun shaped chicken seems wrong.

I liked BK nuggets quite a bit as a kid/teenager; have they changed?

I'm going tonight! My daughter is already saying that she's going to pick out all the tofu parts before she eats anything.

I would eat that hotdog. But mostly for the novelty of it.

I would also eat that hot dog ironically.

They wrote a similar article about Under Armour when they IPO'd and it is up about 15x the IPO price. Shake Shack is THE name in the better burger category. They are the Starbucks, Chipotle, etc. It may be overvalued at IPO, but so have a lot of other companies that skyrocketed after the public offering.

Had Ranch*1 today for the first time since like 2006, exactly how I remembered. Quite good. Had tenders with fries, and there's this sick coupon for BOGO free combo, so I brought home a chicken sandwich and fries for later on tonight during the blizzard. Would be pricey without the coupon, $10 including drink. Roasted red pepper sauce ftw.

Is it standard to park the car and then walk up to the window if they forgot something small in your food, the inside is closed and the drive-thru line is long? I would normally not be so obnoxious and would check the bag before driving away, but I specifically asked "you put the honey in there right?" [McDonald's nuggets] she said yes and I had seen her put something in, but then when I pulled up 10 feet to let the guy behind me pull up, I checked and it was actually honey mustard. So it's like 3x on her.

The last time I went to order the 10 piece nuggets (and got jokingly called out for being a "badass" here) they were basically out of every sauce and the cashier said the nugget deal was "killing our sauces." So I just left. The actual food is more important than the packaging, and the nuggets were an F+ IMO.
I thought the badass thing was pretty funny. It's because you said you "just drove away" as opposed to saying "oh ok nevermind then, sorry" and then driving away.

Long before this deal I would occasionally get the $1 4 piece or 5 piece and they were okay. Usually buffalo sauce. Maybe when you only have 4 you're not eating enough to realize how bad they are.

Kitchen-sinked(minus guac) a sofritas today for my free burrito next Tuesday
motherofgod.jpeg

had to double wrap it and was not fully contained by foil at seat. GCDS said it was bigger than my heart, which would be exploding soon.

Amazingly finished 2/3 and brought rest home.

Ok, but would probably not get again.

How is it "THE" Name? It has less that 100 locations - Five Guys alone has 1000+. Shake Shack plays well in very upscale neighborhoods not so much in middle America.

Of course, it's chipotle, so there will be no flavor and will be essentially eating a sponge. Guess she's not as much of an idiot as I insinuated

Sofritas are great when mixed with chicken. Not so bad on their own too.

Mmm, sponges are delicious when properly seasoned and have chipotle hot sauce added to them.

I prefer the texture of the blue Walmart ones.

I'm assuming because chicken > Sofritas for the same price?

If Chipotle ran this deal again, would you do it?

(T-2 hours til I get my Sofritas)

I prefer the other meats but would def do the buy one get one again. Maybe a double meat bowl with sofritas for one and a real meat for the other?

Yes and yes.

I'll also add it was nice to see about 30 chickens cooking on the grill behind the guy making my stuff. They seem to have a pretty good thing going in the good food fast market or whatever.
