I’m kinda sworn off McNuggets. One time I got them and they were beyond terrible.

I’m not a nugget guy but I grew up with a guy who would routinely crush 2 20 pieces from Rick. Was like 5-10 ~ 190. I’m going to have to call him to inform of this Wendy’s news lol.

I went to Friendly's for the first time in awhile.

It was 50's themed out with decent service. I dined in.

Most customers were getting "to-go" ice cream, but it also seemed like an event for others.

I ordered a smash burger instead of the reg because why not?

I accompanied the smash burger with fries and a chocolate shake.

If you've never had Friendly's Fries, they aren't really fries (or crisps). They are cigarette butt size pieces of fried potato. Like an inch long or something.

They are tiny, golden and crispy. The polar opposite of a 5 guy fry. They also give you very little, whereas 5 guys gives you many.

I did end up smashing my smashburger into the chocolate milkshake (top 10 milkshake). Families were watching.

I then signed up for the rewards program, promptly collected my free medium Sundae tipped $10 on a $20 tab and felt good about it.

Tell me about your day you ff heathens.

If there was a game on I could likely finish off 20 but the grease in the breading would do me in after 30.

Free chicken club at habit with 2$ spent. 3.80 for the sundae. Deal good til 5/23

Habit is always tasty, pretty good portion sizes for fast food if you are into being a non fatty. Such lol value unless I think of it as replacing the 15$ tipped out the door sandwich I could get anywhere 5 years ago. Can’t find that for under 20 anymore, I do think it hits that quality level.

Just read in the WSJ online (paywalled) that starting on June 25 McD's will be running a monthlong $5 deal: McDouble or McChicken, small fry, small drink, and 4 piece nuggets, evidently partially paid for by Coca-Cola. That seems almost Wendyesque in value, kudos to all involved.

Man that MCD $5 deal sounds epic. I have a feeling Ronald is going to do some damage the month of July

no joke, I recently bought a "hungry" teen a meal, and this is what he ordered - 13 cookie tote.

As a teen I could have eaten this and not puked afterwards. But as an old - no way.

Is this even available anywhere outside of Las Vegas???

SWEET POPEYES GIVEAWAY PSA

not sure if this is happening nationwide or what but right now on my doordash app they're offering a free 12pc wings ($17.29) with any order of $25+

BUT here's the sweet part, somehow the cost of the wings is applicable towards the minimum purchase so if you add the wings to your cart then another $7.71 you qualify and get $17.29 dedicated from the bill.

I don't need much enticement to order popeyes I get it way too often as is but just no way I can pass this up and I've been wanting to try their new lemon pepper wings anyway.

has anyone tried the lemon pepper wings at popeyes?

please let me know if this deal is being offered in your neck of the woods and if you take advantage of it.

cheers.

I can order that 13-cookie tote for $6.79 at my local Ricks. Pretty good deal considering 1 is $.89. I may pick one up later, for science.

the McDonald's cookies are legit delicious very warm and soft and chewy.
I was shocked at how good they were (didn't order them somehow got a full tote of 13 in my delivery bag by mistake).

right click the blue box into a new tab and be transported back to a future memory

Not here. Does it matter if there's no Popeyes?

Got a small m&m blizzard at DQ last night. With the $1 off coupon, $7.46.

More expensive than I remember, but I only go 2-3x/year. Pretty good, though that might be a bit much.

I had to look because that seems high. Small Blizzard goes for $5.49 in the app from my local DQ.

Does DQ have anything fit to eat? There is one nearby, but I never even think about stopping. My last visit was probably 10 years ago--or longer.
