Hooboy what a TB trip today. On my way home I decide to grab 2 grilled cheese burritos and 2 of the new dollar item. Side jala sauce/side red sauce. One of each for me, other for not GCDS(he doesn't like TB lol). I app order and hit the line and figure I am going to try to get some real sauce volume so I just say to the guy 'hey can I please have like 20 fire sauces?' We go back and forth a little as I wasn't 100% clear, but he ends up saying sure I got you.

I get a long bag folded and sealed with a sticker and it is heavy. I drive like 5-6 miles home and open up to the glory of a bag full of ALL the sauces:



I dig out my burrito and start on that. I take a couple bites and put it down and go to separate the order for junior and those god damn mother****ers FORGET to put the two ****ing tacos in the order. The entire bag is 2 burritos, my sides and ****ing 100 sauces. I rage in my kitchen:



While I usually check, this was 4 ****ing items ffs. 2 burritos and 2 ****ing tacos. Well I am not paying $10+ for two ****ing burritos so I drive back and cool off on the way, since I have 6 miles to do so. I go thru again, explain, guy hands me two at the window and says 'sorry man' sincerely and I say 'no problem, **** happens bro thanks' and drive home.

Both were good, but I couldn't really enjoy it with all the chicanery and discombobulation involved. DANG IT!

Its a pretty normal burrito, grilled with 3 cheese blend on the outside. Most notably, it is trash value!

I'm team never check the bag, somehow I run near 100% on correct orders, only thing ever missing is sauces. Despite the fact that I champion calorie per dollar fast food ordering I will never sweat 2 dollars worth of retail value lol. Fire up some 25NL and make 4 dollars for that 25 minute return round trip

I just had two Carl's jalapeno doubles for 2.49. They were both heavy and delicious. Undoubtedly the best value play going right now.

Honestly I think I would have felt worse if I hadn't. I don't really do FF much and I just started a Fat-Off with MLY to boot. I also have this weird value thing where I probably throw out $30 worth of food a week nbd, but god damn if I am not driving the better part of 30 minutes for 2 $1 tacos LOLOLOLOL in-****ing deed.

Grilled cheese burrito definitely trash value. I tried it for the novelty factor, but I’ve determined it’s -ev. Would not get again. 3/10.

Also, does anyone else really dislike the TB rice? I just really don’t like it. And I love rice in burritos when I make them at home.

I’m also team never check the bag. But even it’s wrong, I’m probably just going to take what I have. Missing items is way worse than being given an incorrect item. I’m way more likely to go back for a missing item than a wrong item or incorrectly altered item. But highly unlikely to go back once I’m at home either way.

Although, like you, I run close to 100% on my carry out orders at both FF and other restaurants. Even my sauces are usually spot on. My main sauce complaint is typically not being given enough.

Also agree trash value and one-time novelty buy. I live on the value menu mostly and mod it up.
