Actually, eating oily/greasy food on an empty stomach is a recipe for indigestion and sewer stomach. It's mainly because its (usually the burger itself, which is fried on a griddle at, say, Mcdonalds) so covered in oil that it literally slides through your digestive system so fast that your stomach acids can't break down the oils. You end up with a stomach ache and semi-digested, aciddy bile in your intestines, which eventually comes out loose and burning.
So if people complain after greasy or cheesy food, its legit. If the burgers are grilled, they're full of ****.
