I think my line is a family of four, made up of two adults and two children, all ordering separately from one car in the drive thru.

Why not order it like a normal family? Oh right, because you want 3 free Dave Singles on top of the free one you are already getting.

And don't get me wrong, I'm not hating the game. Just don't try to tell me it isn't somewhere on the trashy spectrum.

A moral (is moral the right word?) debate I did not expect to see here. But yeah, I’m w 27’s assessment. Certainly on the trashy spectrum. Definitely deserve no less than a hard eye roll.

I will give you credit for not flipping out on the manager...however, if I’m giving you credit for not flipping out, that speaks to the level of trashy I think. A real Tuesday thinker.

Banning you from any app use for life is LOL though. I think that is too harsh a reaction.

I get nervous trying to cash in like 4 scratchers at a gas station at one time, I can’t imagine four separate orders/transactions to get a free burger all coming from the same single car! I get the game but that’s definitely trashy imo but to each their own.

If you want to go that route prolly should wait until dining room is open so you can somewhat pretend you aren’t together or take separate vehicles and don’t max out 4 free burgers. Just my two cents but technically you’re good lol

I reheat my dominos pan pizzas in a nonstick skillet covered. I put in a little water to steam it and set it at like a 6 on the stovetop. When the water boils off i take it off heat.

Overcooked the slice last night, but it tasted faintly like a mcdonalds apple pie. Think i got some bonus carmelization in along with the pineapple influence.

Medium pan pizza, extra cheese, pepp, sausage, pineapple

Never piss off people that have access to your food.

Just have to chalk this one up as a loss. Try again six months down the road, maybe he'll forget.

This story sounds like material for a Fast Food Rounders sequel.

lol I'm actually thinking of how I can work out a script for this.

I also have to say that I have thought it over and I wouldn't have the gall to attempt what Mark_K did in the drive thru.

Seems a bit over the top.

I would hedge my bets and go for 2 free Dave's Singles tho.

I reheat pizza in the oven. It’s so much better than microwaving it. Haven’t tried the pan method.

App shaming the king of fast food value smdh

Sometimes the fast food companies get you with the lawyers, sometimes it's the local Wendy KGBs that drop the hammer

Right behind you, according to the manager.

If they order/pay for it on their own then they can all get the deal.

Doing 4 orders at a drive thru is pretty lol itself.

I've been doing the pizza reheating in a frying pan for awhile and it's practically life-changing.

Specifically what I do is:

Put the pan on med-low and heat the slice uncovered for about a minute.

Put a tiny splash of water in the pan (which will turn to steam) and immediately cover it. Turn the heat down to low and go for about another 2 minutes.

The slice will come out hot, cheese melted, and crispy on the bottom (from the first step), almost as good as when it was freshly cooked. Far superior to heating in the oven or microwave in my experience.

I had a cow'orker try to convince me of the non-stick pan method, but I prefer to broil it in the toaster oven for 8-9 minutes on a piece of tinfoil.

+1 to this. I actually don't understand why ppl order these at restaurants, a bag of popcorn chicken in the oven or air fryer is probably 90% as good. Obviously you can't say the same for most wings at home (without a lot of effort).

Because they're easy to eat. You can use a fork without getting buffalo sauce all over your face and hands. Personally, the juice is worth the squeeze and I'll take real chicken wings any day.

As for why they're not called chicken balls, it's because it won't play well on the menu. One third of customers will be curious as to where on a chicken his balls are, one third will be repulsed and not order them, and one third will laugh and say yeah, gimme some balls of a chicken.

I feel like my life is about to be changed forever. I never go the microwave route unless I’m in a hurry. Usually always in the oven.

But your suggestion is next level. I can’t wait to give it a go the next time I get pizza.

How so? There is no time difference between 1 order or 4 orders. They are all mobile orders that have been prepaid. All I'm doing is picking up the food.

The manager at one of my local Wendy's disagrees. lol

I was thinking... This is a situation that would never occur at the Chick-Fil-A that is down the street from the Wendy's. Only thing you'll hear from them is "it's our pleasure".
