So I turned the 5 for $10 into 2 doubles and a classic roast beef. I think they’re slightly bigger than doubles but not half pounders for sure. They were definitely great. They were out of horsey sauce packets so they gave me horsey in clear plastic sauce cups.

It was definitely better than their steak but not anywhere near as good as Qdoba brisket.

Oh and the carne asada pieces were way too big, they should have cut them up into 1/3 of the size easily. Total Chipotle fail with that imo.

Pretty sure McLovin has been abstaining the whole time. I haven't had any FF since hitting the TB dollar burritos 3 days in a row. Feels a lot longer ago than it actually is.

FF season is weird this year.

I'm convinced that Del Taco shrimp burritos are loaded with crack because I keep going back for more even though they aren't *that* great.

I've been eating more ff not less. Grocery stores are more scary to me.

I'm jonesing bad for a huuuuuge Taco Salad bowl. Just a massive taco shell packed with meat, lettuce, cheese, n rice. And good fresh salsa oh man

Been feeling the sting, while there's lots of good Mexican joints around, they close early and the fast food options are limited on this block. The other night I hit up a Dairy Queen and got a Beltbuster. Thought I heard something about Hungr Busters being $3 bucks but they only have deals thru the app now, no window deals.
DQ burgers are legit, and so is their "Dude," the chicken fried steak sandwich.

A Dude sounds good right now actually. Capital "Dude" not "a dude." Oi.

Sometimes it's good to be in a small town in the middle of nowhere. This county didn't report its first case until late March, so I didn't SQ until about the 5th case. Even now, I figure cv can't survive a 500 degree oven so I still get pizza. The time a pizza spends between the oven and safely snuggled in it's box is just a matter of seconds.

Carl's sent out an email about "family bundles" starting at 15 bucks. Like 4 big cheeseburgers and 4 fries, etc. I have a feeling a few on this forum will be a "family" of one ordering this stuff. And yes, I resemble that remark.

I love FF. I mean obviously, we're in this thread.

That said, if I'm going to break my discipline I will most certainly be ordering from a local place that I don't want to see close down.

FF will always be around.

I also choose the local place over national chains, but local places can also provide fast food

i recognize many(most?) FF places are franchises and owned by local folk, but we have to prevent a situation where every restaurant is a big chain FF restaurant.

I was being so good and avoiding all fast food.

However, your taunting post has tipped me over the edge. This afternoon, I ran over to Popeyes for chicken sandwiches. The drive-thru line was 10 cars deep. The inside takeout line was 2 people. I went inside.

The food was fantastic.

50/50 chance I make another ff run (likely the bell again) this weekend. Same mindset as mr. Mclovin in that I’m trying hard to stay isolated but the urge after a few mango-ritas is sometimes too great. Maybe I’ll switch it up and hit up Arby’s or something

After 3 weeks we broke down twice in the last few days

Arby’s on Sunday. Did 2/6$ beef n cheddars. Made w more roast beef than commercials, we have 2 Arby’s in town and this one is just always spot on.

Did bww last night. 40 wings and a buffalo chicken wrap for wife using rewards from app for wrap. Just over 23$ for 40 wings (that were larger than I remember before recent menu change with specific number of wings) and a wrap. 10 garlic chicken Parmesan which aren’t nearly as good as wingstop but still solid, 10 honey bbq and 20 medium.
