Yeah, I have a 3 item order and it’s $10. Not great value at all.

One of my problems with the Bell is that I often try to maximize value rather than simply order what I want to eat. It’s possible to have a massive meal for like $6 but I should worry less about a few bucks and more about what items I’m ordering given that I don’t even go once a month.

The Taco Bell ordering conundrum is a problem and you explained it perfect.

Had a nice little surprise at Wendys today. Wasn't the sandwich, which was good but not great, but I ordered a custom double of the new sando and they only gave me a single. When I went to go tell the cashier they let me keep the single and made me a fresh double. Single was an 8/10 and double was a 7.5/10. Extra patty without any extra toppings took away from the flavour a bit. Side of JBC in the background.

I'm a huge fan of the shamrock shake and just saw someone post about a version on secret menu where its mixed with a chocolate shake, has anyone tried it?

I really like some of the value menu items but I've never eaten a CGC (always with nacho cheese shell) and felt like I should have ordered a few cheapies instead. Definitely my #1 at TB and a lock FF HOF.

Speaking of taco bell value..we recently got these too at Taco Bell and I've had them 3 times so far this week. They're a pretty good size and at 2 for 5 its good canadian value. Made with jalepeno flavoured crunchy cheetos.

2 for $5 crunchwraps in any currency is a good deal. ofc we don't get those kinds of good deals here ever

I'm not a big cheetos fan but I'd definitely crush a couple of those crunchwraps in the lower left part of that photo.

I'd say they are about half the size of the regular crunchwrap supreme. They're snackers.

The one on the right, supreme, is by far the best.

I’m actually live at the Bell right now (eating in to get a break from work). After last post I decided to just get whatever I wanted so I did a rattlesnake burrito... plus a $5 craving box. Still gotta get that value in the end! About $9 total after tax.

Burrito was alright, not bad and pretty creative but also not something I’d come back to get specifically. Maybe another location would make it better; also I regret not getting it griddled. I would’ve liked it to be much spicier. Box had a beefy 5 layer burrito which I do not like, too mushy and muddled thanks to the cheese layer in the soft tortilla; I’ll just skip it most likely since this is too much food for me.

Chalupa is nice, haven’t had one in a while, and the crunchy taco is solid if unspectacular although sadly it was the best made item in the box since the chalupa was light on meat. Munched a couple cinnamon twists for science and they were actually pretty decent! Not as stale as expected. Went back to the 5 layer and still didn’t like it so I guess that’s that. Oh sugar free Baja Blast is surprisingly good, can’t remember if I’ve ever had it before. Sort of a middling Taco Bell visit but nice getting away from work and first time I’ve had it in a while so still satisfied.

im not a taco bell fan at all. but their value menu is pretty legit, like best bang for your buck. I was always told this but I looked at the drive thru menu and was surprised at how much ****ing value you can get

I awoke from an evening nap to a Dairy Queen commercial, and decided that seemed like a fine idea. Bubba did have a fine idea.


I knew I wanted a Flamethrower and a Blizzard. Ive been on a real relative dry spell when it comes to dessert consumption. I ordered the 1/2 lb Flamethrower combo, sub small NY cheesecake blizzard (wtf its called with the inner cylinder of strawberries/sauce) for the drink. Came to lol $13.95. Fortunately the burger and blizzard were in excellent status and the fries were pretty good. I like DQ fries.

That Blizzard sounds amazing.

The ones with the hard tube of stuff inside the ice cream are royal blizzards, never tried one myself but I loved the regular strawberry cheesecake blizzard so I may give it a shot on my next trip

Sourdough jack patty melt meal for $4.99 at JITB was very very solid. Would definitely eat again. I also like their fish sandwich as it always seems to be piping fresh out of the fryer which is obviously key
