So I wanted a couple cherry creme pies from Rick Donalds. Additionally ended up getting two sausage burritos (only ate 1) and I had a free medium McCafe with any purchase so naturally I thought the time was right for a Shamrock chocolate chip frappe!

This is what I was given.

I said, no, I got the Shamrock one. She insisted this was it. Nothing minty about this.

I don't think I've eaten in my car but a handful of times in my life, and I don't think that feeling like I'm on a cramped airliner would change that for me.

I got a bunch of fast food coupon sheets in the mail today, the monthly Culver's sheet with the GOAT double deluxe BOGO, Arby's, Tim Hortons, and a rare thing -- a sheet of Wendy's coupons. The Wendy's coupons are ridiculous. Two single BOGOs, a chicken sandwich BOGO, a $5 Dave's double combo, and several more. Looks like I'll be eating more Wendy's this month.

Also got a massive two page sheet of BK coupons which went directly into the recycle bin where they belong.

McDonald's App deal for a free medium fries with sandwich purchase is a solid deal. $2.76 for a Mac Jr and a medium fry is a solid small meal if you're not trying to go hard

I had the Filet-O-Fish today. It didn't disappoint - so good. My McDonald's had them for $1.79. I was reading on Slickdeals that some McDonalds offer them as part of their 2 for 2.50 deals. I'm jealous.

I've only seen them on the 2 for 5 in the US, which is still a great deal. $1.79 and I'd be eating them every day.

The $1.79 or presumably 2 for 2.50 is only on Friday's during Lent.

BTW, my local McDonalds had a thing where you couldn't use a credit card twice in a row without a managers override. This made my family of 4 all using the app on their own phone but sharing a credit card a pain in the ass.

As of this week, they now give the override code to each cashier. lol
