Whole cubes eh? With each cube about 2mm on a side.

My family has come to the conclusion that all the chipotle meats taste pretty much the same. And that includes the tofu option.

I haven't been to Chipotle in a couple of years, but I usually got carnitas. Sometimes a side order of chips when I went bowl, for dipping.

Funny you mentioned this because my roommate and i were having the same discussion yesterday when looking at the free coupon email, wondering how they would be able to tell if you just kept using it over and over since theres nothing to scan. We were joking about just going there repeatedly and stock piling free burgers to hand out on the strip lol. I shall get JITB later tonight for the first time, pics/tr to come...

LV - yeah the cashier today tried to tell me I needed to print it out and I told her okay so if I go home and print out the same coupon I'm showing you on my phone what changes lol

She went and asked her boss and he was like yeah as long as we see the email on your phone u are good. The burger is okay at best so I might try it one more time before they end the promotion on the 16th but yes the chipotle coupon has a scanner bar and these don't so you could basically live off of it for 5-7 days if you really wanted to just by going to different locations

Sausages and hot dogs seem really hard to screw up if you use a good brand. If they're just offering hot dogs, BK should use Hebrew National IMO. Like how would they screw that up, just put it in a bun without heating it up in any way?

Chipotle is straight up terrible, bad value, and horribly bland. I don't understand how it's even possible. Can they not use salt, pepper, or other seasonings?

On Team Master for sure on this one.

bighurt - it was on their website, not sure if it's still there but you just enter in your email and zip code and they send you the "coupon" which is a "use until promotion is over" IMO

mullen - I actually thought my steak burrito had pretty good flavor. I got brown rice, black beans, jalapeno cilantro corn, steak, sour cream and hot sauce...I also got a side of the hot sauce and added that for each bite and it surprisingly had a decent kick imo. The only downside as others have noted is that the steak was more chewy than I would have preferred.

Chipotle is indeed horribly bland but I don't think that it is bad value. They let you get extra of everything besides meat/guac for free.

It's like $17 for a burrito bowl with guac, chips and a drink here. I know this is the FF thread but I can get the same thing at a takeout Mexican place for half the cost and it's way better. If it's peak lunch time I can go to a sit down place and probably get my food just as fast

Durango - yeah the hot sauce isn't bad. The guac is solid too. The beans/rice/meat are terribly bland and the core of the problem

I only had Chipotle once, about a year ago. Before I started reading this thread. I thought people in general were big fans. I got a burrito, thought it was OK, didn't give it a second thought. I want to go back, I just don't see how it could be that bad.

I'm a big proponent of Qdoba.
