Eating experts suggest chewing food.

I almost never get fries just out of habit of counting calories and trying to trim wherever I can. Of course in this instance I opted to instead go for the chopped lettuce drowned in mayo.

yes, that is part of the equation (although I'm not sure mclucci adheres to that)

Fries are basically the only reason to opt for fast food chains.

Rodeo cheeseburger, onion rings

Normally I'd rock the rings but wasn't feeling it. Got an order of chicken fries and 2 whoppers add cheese minus tomato cause it's whopper day here apparently.

Chicken fries are really good. Got ten of them piping hot and were really tasty.

Whopper always seems like too much bun. Should've combined them.

Oh who am I kidding I obviously combined them without bun. ****ing large sandwich.

It's no Wendy's or CFA but I'm a sucker for mayo and white onions. Double whopper with cheese was delicious - would not trade it for anything on McDonald's menu.

Disclaimer: this BK doesn't suck and made my burger(s) to order

PDQ will flip the buns around for you if you know how to order; ask for your sandwich "ka-jammer style." At Carls Jr tell them to "smack the high hat."

I went to In-N-Out for the first time over the WSOP. I have heard so much about this place that I had to check it out. It seems that it is universally lauded.

The customer service was top notch. It seemed incredibly hygienic and the employees were really friendly. Unfortunately, the hamburgers and fries were mediocre.

What am I missing about this place?

I am a huge fan of 5 Guys but most people I talk to don't seem to like it. The Fries and Hamburgers are 5 Guys are perfect. It is definitely more expensive but it is worth the premium.

You have missed nothing it's a very accurate review. INOs cult followers will never admit that there are now way better burger options. Fatburger has always been better than INO just managed very poorly.

I am never saying "ka-jammer style" or "smack the high hat" ever.

This.

Also anyone who considers In-N-Out burger "mediocre" in the context of other fast food burgers is a freak and a weird dude whose opinion shouldn't be trusted.

it'd be tough to ever have them side by side but my gut tells me i like in and out burgers more than five guys before even accounting for the price

anyone who likes in and out fries i don't trust their opinion on anything

5G burgers are probably better than InO but you can get 2 InO burgers for 1 5G burger so InO prob better value there.

InO fries are unbelievably horrific but this has been rehashed many times ITT.

I think the key to IaO is finding just the right order.
And the grilled onions.
