I laughed watching Fyre when I noticed an IG comment asking if each tent would have electrical outlets.

The film does tell you though that there is definitely a market for high end luxury events.

Abducted in Plain Sight - The parents should have had the kids taken from them and both parents should have been prosecuted.

If you liked Abducted, go watch Dear Zachary on Amazon Prime. On the outrage scale Abducted is a 2/10 and Zachary is a 108/10.

Here is the trailer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAWQAVTBJZc

I know a family with 2 kids that can't afford a XMas tree and they purposely had a 3rd kid in that situation. Not just an accident, they tried.

For max value recommend Dear Zachary as a comedy to your friends.

Fyre was a worthwhile documentary and quite an interesting thing to watch. It's like a trainwreck - you want to look away but you can't. I felt pretty bad for the workers who got screwed out of the deal.

best of 2018 that I watched this year, in no order

Oazarks s2
Staircase(first 4 eps even tho its years old)
wild wild country
haunting of hill house
evil genius

thats the only ones I can remember off top of my head

while I havent seen it, im super dissapaointed american story decided to do versace killer and not some other court drama like the OJ one (which was amazing top to bottom unquestionably) and ajrring how most shows are taking 1.5+ yrs to come out with a 2nd season for it to put on netflix, i think TWD is the only one that puts up next season within 6 onths of airtime

Kingdom - Chinese zombie show takes place 100+ years ago. I liked it, but with a 6 episode season the show just abruptly stops leaving you hanging. I would wait till S2 is released before I would start S1.

Spoiler:

Those parents were nuts. I would have a really difficult time ever forgiving them if I were that little girl. I was so furious at them throughout. They should have gone to jail. Also, who knows if she's even telling the truth about the aliens? Not that I blame a young girl for what happened, but does she really remember everything that vividly? Is she just making an excuse for being taken advantage of (though she shouldn't need any excuse -- she was definitely the victim).
Spoiler:
This take is one I would expect from her parents. Yea it definitely seems strange that she remembers being kidnapped......wat?

I made my wife watch this last night. Watching someone else watch this movie is highly recommended. Probably five different times she yelled at the TV and I told her that she needed to keep her outrage in check because there was more to come.

Just watched the recently added Russian doll, wow... One recommendation, do not watch it high as it will **** with your mind. It is REALLY interesting and would strongly recommend everyone to give it a go.

Also, some of the characters from Orange is the new black are in it.

I just watched Velvet Buzzsaw - I guess a comedy/horror film - kind of a Final Destination vibe to it. Decent, not great - seems like they could have done more with the cast they had. (Gillyhan, Malkovic).

Watching Nightflyers, a space-horror series based on a short story by George RR Martin. I don't really like horror but it is very well done.
