The Good Place is great but definitely a chick show. It also goes off the rails a bit in the third season. The focus on relationships gets tedious after a while, just like Veronica Mars come to think of it.

+1 to overrated. Made it through 3/4 of an episode. too much of a cutesy sitcom for me.

Being a huge Norm MacDonald fan I decided to watch his show in spite of the hate for it here. Not sure what some of you expected, but I'm loving it. Pissed through 7 eps. Norm is the man.

I'm sure I will get roasted, but I couldn't make it through Roma even after investing 48 minutes of my time. It just seemed like the day in the life of a housekeeper to me. If it gets better after 48 minutes then I am left wondering why they would wait 48 minutes to get into meat the story line.

It's artsy, so if you like artsy for the sake of artsy then this movie works but just because a film is artsy doesn't make it good.

Blue Planet 2 w/ Attenborough is very cool. In fact he narrates like 10 nature shows (eg Africa) that I enjoy watching to wind down before bed. My dog gets super into it.

Friends From College Season 2 is out. The wife and I watched the whole thing in 2 sittings. It was at least as good as the first season, highly entertaining.

a quiet place is a new suspense horror tacobell pizzahut on netflix i think...just saw it thought it was pretty good.

Velvet buzzsaw is coming feb 1st, same director as nightcrawler? Nightcrawler was amazing.

Kind of liked "adrift" though it wasn't amazing. Worth a watch.

everyone will complain as usual but the value proposition is still very high especially since most people split accounts anyway. it would have to be $20 before its even worth reconsidering for me

Finished Happy! two days ago. It was really weird, which was the only thing that kept me watching. Will watch season 2 when it airs, but would only rate it at maybe 3/10 overall.

Out of any ideas so we started to watch DC Titans last night. I am a Marvel fan mainly, not really impressed with what DC has done lately. That being said, the first episode of Titans was really REALLY fun and exciting, would definitely recommend to give it a go. Will see how it develops tho.
