Some pretty good documentaries available. The one on Glen Campbell was great, though at times hard to watch. Liked the Robin Williams one, too, even though I'm not a fan.

I'm excited to see the John DuPont one that just came out. Prince of Pennsylvania.

Best one from the new season so far. The rest of them have literally put me to sleep.

I'm not into the Marvel comics TV/movie stuff but the trailer for Jessica Jones has me curious, looks pretty damn good

Okay, so I watched that episode of the X-Files. Season 8 episode 6. Not bad. It was certainly different. I'm actually glad the main character was the lawyer. Doggett and Scully were barely in it. It was a good choice, in my opinion.

Don't want to spoil this one, but there were a few nagging issues with the story. One thing I will say is that they didn't go far enough at the end. I think you'll know what I mean if you've seen it.

Hey, the main character in this episode might seem familiar to you. He was in a little movie called T2... yep, he's reuniting with Robert Patrick. Joe Morton is the guy's name. Solid actor. He has an intense scene in T2 and does a great job in this episode.

Still have some issues with the writing, but I was able to get through it. Maybe more of the non-Mulder episodes will be decent (or even excellent?).

Worth a watch, imo.

Thanks for the recommendation!

Starlet is a great character study.

Slow paced, runs with one turn, I was impressed.

Not many female Michael Claytons given who pays for movies. This is what you get.

It's great.

Master Of None is my new favorite show. The only thing it lacks is gratuitous nudity.

Cool! I'm glad you liked it. There are a handful of others in season 8 that are pretty solid, but about halfway through the season the quality drops.

I'm halfway through season 9 now and while I'm still enjoying most episodes they're definitely not on the same level as the rest of the series.

We have different definitions of hilarious. The first half of the trailer was pretty bad. Picked up towards the end.

The first few episodes are fairly bleh and are basically a CW show about teenage romance blended with lord of the flies, but it picks up around episode 4 or 5. Really tackles a lot of utilitarian delemmas head on and has a lot of character growth and changes. It's shares a lot of similarities with LOST and does revolution better than revolution.

8.5/10

Second season was just put on Netflix a couple days ago
2nd season pretty good through 5 episodes. Definitely was cheesy to start out in the first season but has gotten better with time.
