Enjoyed The One I Love with Mark Duplass & Elizabeth Moss. It was a fun mind****, though more on the drama side of dramedy.

Fun post nuclear apocalypse dystopian future show. Full of plot holes and general wtfery, but solid guilty pleasure. Just remember to suspend your disbelief.

Man that was my favorite Bill Burr special.

I'm also sad that Black Mirror was just 6 episodes. Darknet was a fun little show as well. A bunch of horror/thriller shorts that sort of tie in together.

Just watched episode 1 of Black Mirror and thought it was really really bad. It was actually stupid. However I heard someone else say this and this person thought the other episodes were pretty good so I will keep watching.

It was quite awkward when burr messed up almost his first joke saying vegan instead of vegetarian. thats why when you tape those specials you should film the same act 2 or 3 times to fix all of the mistakes you might make while being nervous during your performance. it was funny though, like I thought it would be.

meh I think stuff like that is humanizing and relatable and when handled well (like it was) doesn't detract at all.
and fwiw he did (as almost all comics do) do multiple shows at the venue and taped all of them so he could edit if necessary.
but you want the show to feel natural and too much editing will remove the natural rhythm of the performance.

i liked the burr special as usual

had quite a few laugh out loud moments which is hardly a given for comedians

i can't rank the 4 but love em all. liked the kids draft bit

Enjoyed the latest Burr though the black and white distracted me a bit. Also didn't have a bit that was as side splitting as the Arnold bit in You People are All the Same.

Bill Burr special was good. Didn't blow me away though. My biggest criticism, though it didn't ruin the other jokes, is that there's a lot that's very similar and a couple of things that are exactly from previous routines.

Of the few I've seen I thought the new one was the weakest. I thoroughly enjoyed it of course, but I think I prefer WDIDT and YPAATS. The child draft pick stuff was great.
