Thanks to this thread I saw The Impostor which was a really excellent documentary. I watched The Following, a short film by Chris Nolan, 5/5, awesome thriller. Watched Pi by Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream, The Wrestler, Black Swan). I thought it had great cinematography and a killer score. The acting from the main character was a little over the top at times but overall it was a great movie, 4/5. Then I watched Slither. It felt similar to Shaun of the Dead for me. I loved it. Most of the movie had me in stitches laughing.

It was a pretty interesting show IMO

I did the same thing when it aired, but somebody told me it got a lot better after that. I started watching again and they were right. Also, lots of stuff that didn't seem to make a whole lot of sense in the early eps end up being important later on. Very good show overall. Also, enjoyed the ending.

I watched the documentary Bullying. Pretty good and really sad. It is crazy how bad schools are at dealing with it/turning a blind eye.

I got about 20 min into Hemlock Grove....I don't know if it was bad or I just wasn't in the mood to pay attention. First 5 min were good.

Watched the first 2 eps out of 3 of Hatfields and Mccoys. Pretty good imo

Anyone have any idea if theyre doing more eps for this show? It says it was a miniseries already done with its original run, but then on IMDB it says 2012-?

Just watched "Audition." Heard a lot of hype about this being one of the most disturbing movies of all time. While there was one scene that was truly disturbing (see spoiler), it wasn't as disturbing as I expected. That being said, actually was a fairly solid movie with a good look into the psyche of the woman who believes all men are the same.

Saw Time Crimes - A spanish movie about a guy who accidently goes back in time and then the fallout from it. It's a surprisingly good time travel movie. I would rate it a B.
