If the credit card company is like, "Why'd you pay 200k off in charges you feel were not made in good faith?" OP doesn't know what she spent the 200k on. He said so himself:
Yes, we know she has spent some amount of money on games. We have no way of knowing how much. OP believes that since his dad is paying her monthly expenses that all of the money she has spent privately via her personal credit card was spent on games. That's a stupid assumption. The fact that OP said shows a pretty fundamental lack of understanding on his part.


OP knows she spent about 200k total on her credit cards over a 2 year period. He doesn't know what she spent it on other than the fact that he saw some online game charges. It's a pretty big stretch to say because she spent 200k, and he knows she spent some amount on gaming, therefore she spent the entire 200k on gaming.

This is a classic case of people seeing a Fake News clickbait thread title and being upset before reading all of the information.

With regard to the 2nd part of your post, the fact that this isn't his mom makes his actions even more egregious. If you think the fact that this women isn't his mom means that her actions don't, or can't have a very real direct impact on his future inheritance I don't know what to tell you.

de cap, why didn't you give us this info earlier? Maybe most of the $200k was for a luxury cruise around the world she's planning for yim's dad's birthday and she's being secretive in order to not ruin the surprise, and only the one statement has the mysterious FACEBK charges.

We still don't know why Dad won't start a conversation with his long-time girlfriend about his concerns. The fact that she has a severe chronic pain condition is irrelevant in regards to his own unwillingness to be assertive.

It's more likely that dad has had a conversation, knows what's going on and OP is meddling. They've been together for 20yrs and have a financial agreement in place. Dad knows what's going on.

Sounds like there is real consequence to her though. From what OP has said, regardless of what the money is for, she is spending it at an unsustainable rate. At the least, she needs to drop down in play money slot stakes.
