But then thats part of the fun

I think that is a terrible idea and it is obviously designed to punish Tbab, just to have your collective fun in his expense. You will start warning him for the behavior he has kept up for 199 pages so far, just to put him on tilt and to be able to eventually penalize him (to tilt him even more).
You can pretend it is all about being civil, all of a sudden, but you have been egging him on for so long that it is a little late for that.
That being said, I wish you vindictive vipers good luck in the next competition!
I enjoy reading a tbab rant as much as the next guy… but there IS a limit, after which it is just plain unpleasant. Conversely, it is enjoyable seeing babs squirm under an onslaught of poking… but again, there IS a limit after which it gets to be a bit gross and pretty much just bullying a mental defective. Again, it gets to be unpleasant.
So 'no' kulukkuluu, I wasn't proposing penalties just to set tbab up for penalties and 'yes' Alobar, tbabs irrational whining is part of the fun. I was proposing the penalties as a two-way system to try to balance excessive baiting at both ends of the spectrum.
Having said that, I prefer Alobar just keeping a leash on things when things get excessively out of hand… and that's a true lock to happen at both ends of the spectrum. Alobar shouldn't be shy about wielding a big stick to keep baiters and baitees in line when the going gets rough. Meh… that's my two cents anyway to keep some of the ugliness in check for HUNCHCAP II.
