You would do well to listen to others a little more. I know it's not 10 years ago but there are still many cool and reasonable people here. def true with jmakin too (kinda lolsy how he's unable to lock up more than a $10 wager, given how easily bags faceplanted into this horrible 3k bet), but this is basically how i feel about the whole admo thing, goading babs to do this and offering him the money up front at 40% vig, like he's ****in JG wentworth or some ****, then demanding a rematch if he loses. this is such a blatent, viciously ruthless hustle, and every single person itt knows our hero is too stupid to be able to figure out how badly he's getting hosed, but since his ego is huge and he suffers from delusions and massive insecurity, you all pressured him into it anyway knowing that you'd get some entertainment out of the inevitable meltdown that results from it.

Tougher to make that argument when Babs specifically called Admo out for a bet. Agree the 40% figure is completely lol but there was precedent for that in the past for Babs getting "staked" like that for a bet.

Plus he was repeatedly warned. I do agree that people want to see him fail for entertainment value though.

Doubt anyone wants to ruin Babs' life. If anything most posters tried to help him numeral times. Hard to see how Alobar saying as a judge the challenge is on is trolling.

Do I think babs should have made this bet? No. If you read back literally no one (Noone) thought this a good idea. Does that mean when he accepts a bet he gets some sort of special treatment allowing him to change the rules afterwards? No.

i'm aware of all this, and we can even take it a step further and say that providing some sort of "rock bottom"-esque experience for bags may be the kick in the ass he needs to start doing proactive things to make his life better.

but this whole thing just doesn't sit right with me. it's beyond the scope of any ridiculing and hustling that has taken place thus far. i'm not saying i'm gonna quit the thread, or that i'm opposed to deriving entertainment from bags' suffering, it's just......grimy.

why don't you quote the posts from their first exchange about the 3k bet which fell through, in which multiple parties were taunting him to accept, and then instantly reminding him of the "admo proposal" when he busted his blowvada roll and was desperate to get back in action. don't act like people itt aren't culpable to a certain extent for lining up this ridiculous highway robbery.

the issue of "consent" is a real grey area when dealing with addicts and especially, the mentally handicapped. just ask one of the numerous fake lawyers itt.
