There is no question that those who are more talented can get away with more than those who are not. A top producer like a Beast will thus get cut some slack in the workplace. But there are limits. Even a top producer can't be a total pain in the ass all the time. More importantly, a Beast needs to learn to listen to negative feedback and understand how to filter out the trolling and use the remainder to improve.
