Trademarks actually need to be used in ongoing commerce to stay valid. That doesn't mean just selling a few dozen t-shirts every year to your friends. Pretty much none of the various "team" names that have been trademarked would hold up.

I love 2p2, but these pariahs who just can’t stay away after being spit out repeatedly are so odd to me. I’m confident that I would be able to stay away under those circumstances.

Anyway, 27 promised that he would nuke him every single time no matter how many returns he attempts, so I’m sure this won’t last.

The logos, and for that matter the wordmark (never knew such a word existed), are definitely all kinds of solid. I'm pretty much over my initial negative reaction.
