Ah, maybe a Euro or UK thing then. Our checking accounts are free, but rarely pay interest, certainly above a certain threshold. If you want to earn interest, you need a separate account for that.

Though really, even if I had $10bn, I don't think I'd want $100m in a checking account.

Apparently Prince Philip is just "stepping down from public life." So why the surprise meeting at 3 in the ****ing morning? I guess it's possible he's at death's door or something but he attended an event just yesterday and looked as fine as a 95-year-old can look.

The Sudbury Town Crier is still a thing! I even bought one yesterday, yet the date on it is 4/27? Anyways, started reading it and found the local auto mechanic , Larry Rubenstein, Q & A column.

Someone from Sudbury ( I assume), who probably is in the tax bracket of Bill Gates, actually wrote this guy to ask if he should use a bottle of opened tranny fluid he has had since.......................2004. Larry, very politely , told him to GFH.

Nightmares? Even non-literal nightmares is a bit much. If someone did access that account and clean the whole thing out, you would still have $9.9 billion. I think you would be OK.
