Make me a DVD cover and earn 20$!!

Right, since I'm a musical genius etc I've gotten some requests by friends of my parents to make a few collection CDs with various types of music. The one I'm making right now is named
''Classical and World
and a twist of Jazz''.
Basically, what I need is for someone to make me a DVD cover with the name of the CD, plus some fancy icons of notes, pianos or whatever. This will be given out to 50+ aged people so no mega-flashy graphixx, just a clean and simple CD-cover (needs to be in DVD-cover size) that is comfortable to look at.
Whoever comes up with the best one gets a whoppin' 20$ on Pokerstars!
