My current roommate and I are looking for a third person to share a 3-bedroom apartment with for the coming year, or possibly longer. We'll be moving into a new, bigger place on Sept 1 and are looking for another person to share the rent + bills. The apartment will likely be on Chicago's north side in the Lincoln Park or Lakeview area.

I play poker full-time and work out of the CR office a few days/week, but my roommate doesn't play poker at all so I don't care if you play or not. But obviously if you do play we'll have much to learn from each other. Preferences are that you're a reasonably clean person, have a steady income, and enjoy, appreciate, & respect nice things. Both of us enjoy going out on the weekends, but we aren't huge partiers and we don't smoke or do drugs.

i actually prefer drinking the blood of young children to either, but a good beer will suffice most days. seriously though, i really enjoy good beer and can be kind of a beer snob at times. i just don't pour Bud Light down my throat at every possible opportunity like most guys my age. and my roommate and his gf are both pretty big into wine FWIW.
